We are now looking for nursing assistants to work in one of our six home care groups that operate during the day and evening.

As a nursing assistant in home care, you deliver good care and social support to our clients. You will have a varied job that will largely involve helping and supporting the client in their daily life to promote functional ability.

Within home care in Hammarö municipality, we have the conditions to smoothly adjust the time according to the client's needs. This is highly appreciated and something you will notice makes a positive difference for the client. We enjoy working together, and you will have close access to managers, nurses, and rehabilitation staff. We have administrative support in the form of home care coordinators, quality coordinators, and staffing planners who assist managers and employees with planning, quality work, and scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people and has experience in care work, home care, or elderly care. It is important to express oneself well in speech and writing in the job, which means you should have good knowledge of the Swedish language. We use mobile phones and digital tools in our work, which requires digital maturity.

You are attentive to others' needs, have a good approach, and the ability to make your own decisions while also being considerate of collaborating with others in the team. As a person, you have high social competence and are flexible, service-oriented, positive, and responsible.

Requirements for the position:

• Nursing assistant education.
• Driver's license B, for certain home care groups but not all.

Employment form: Permanent employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period.

We place great emphasis on your personal suitability. We offer you shadowing and introduction before starting work.
